Cable ducts form the supply and information network in municipal infrastructure and in traffic route construction. Sufficient and far-sighted provision of control and supply lines for street lighting, traffic management systems and for networking of buildings in the course of digitalization must be ensured in the existing building stock as well as for future extensions. This is especially true for additional empty conduits, which can be easily used in the case of a later upgrading.

HEKAPLAST cable ducts are made from PE in twin wall design, i. e. with profiled outer wall and smooth inner surface, in accordance with DIN 16961. The material-saving twin wall design provides high ring stiffness combined with low weight so that efficient and speedy installation is possible without special construction equipment. The pipe is available in sticks (HEKAPLAST-S) or coils (HEKAPLAST-R).
