Civil engineering drainage pipe
SIROBAU-Rw
Pipe infiltration system to DWA-A 138
Civil engineering drainage pipe for storm water management in infiltration trenches to DWA-A 138
Application
In pipe infiltration systems, an area-wide distribution and temporary storage of the storm water below ground is achieved by a slotted SIROBAU-Rw twin wall pipe. The pipes are placed in a pack of washed gravel, which is wrapped in fleece.
The dimensioning of the infiltration system depends on:
- Soil conditions kf value < 1 x 10-6 m/s
- Catchment area Ared. m²
- Heavy precipitation series according to KOSTRA Rain Atlas
- Region/site
The standard nominal size is a 300 mm SIROBAU-Rw pipe in combination with an inspection and flushing chamber SIROBAU S 400.
The size of the infiltration system is fixed in accordance with DWA-A 138 Work Sheet.
