Corrugator technology with block-moving method for the production of twin wall pipes
Application
Production of rigid twin wall pipes made of PE or PP for different applications in civil engineering and infrastructure (special drainage pipes, infiltration pipes, storm and waste water sewer pipes, retention sewers)
- Block-moving method, i.e. individual mould movement
- Mould blocks in sandwich design (aluminium/steel)
- Drilled cooling and vacuum channels in the mould blocks with cleaning option
- Self-centering and wear-free mould guiding system in the working path
- Independent shaping of each corrugation top
- Temperature-controlled direct mould block cooling with water as cooling agent
- Production of twin wall pipes with inline formed coupling and user-defined pipe length
